Microneedling
As seen on “The Doctors” show….
Also known as collagen induction therapy, microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment used to rejuvenate the skin. Microneedling creates tiny micro-channels on the top layer of your skin which triggers the body to create new collagen and elastin. Results can include improved texture and firmness, as well as a reduction in scars, cellulite, and stretch marks. This treatment also helps reduce pore size and produces hair growth. Automated microneedling is an innovation in aesthetics for the treatment of the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, and the skin’s texture, tone, and color. The benefits of microneedling can include a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, younger-looking skin with fewer signs of aging, and may also have a positive effect on the appearance of hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, acne scars, traumatic scars, and stretch marks, and generally creates a fresher appearance or glow to the skin. Microneedling can be used on all parts of the body, including the face, neck, décolleté, arms, hands, legs, abdomen, and back. There are three treatment options for Microneedling, which we have listed.
Microneedling With Hyaluronic Acid:
Hyaluronic acid is a substance present in the human body and acts as a hydrating agent and as a plumping agent. Volume is created in the same manner as a dry sponge soaking up water and the results are FABULOUS. Microneedling with hyaluronic acid allows for better, faster absorption by opening a vast number of micro-channels in the skin –giving you enhanced results. When used together, hyaluronic acid and microneedling result in increased volume and diminished visible signs of aging by revealing smoother and tighter skin.
